I ordered a dishwasher from NEXT. The first one delivered by EXPERT LOGISTICS had three dents on the front. NEXT rearranged deliver for about a week later but they did not deliver it as they said they had forgotten to put it on the lorry. When I asked it to be put on another lorry they said the dishwasher was missing! NEXT arranged a THIRD delivery and promised me they would get things right. EXPERT LOGISTICS / NEXT (same company!!) have today phoned to say it has been left off the lorry again. They are currently looking for it in their warehouse as it is missing again. I would suggest that other companies may give better service than NEXT.

P.S THE ONE STAR I HAVE AWARDED IS ONLY BECAUSE THE WEBSITE WOULD NOT LET ME GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING.
