I ordered a dishwasher from NEXT who now are part owners of expert logistics. The first dishwasher had three large dents on the front door. NEXT rearranged delivery for about a week later. This did not arrive as it had not been put on the lorry! I asked them to put it on another lorry but I was then told the dishwasher was missing!! I was told I would need to have a third delivery attempt. The next week I again waited in for the delivery and again got a call on the day to say it was not on the lorry. They are now currently looking around their warehouse for it as they have no idea if they even have it. I would suggest avoiding Expert (Ha!) Logistics and NEXT DIRECTORY (for large appliances).
P.S THE ONE STAR RATING I AM GIVING IS ONLY BECAUSE THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT LET ME GIVE THEM NO STARS.
