We have had the broad band phone package for nearly 3 years now. Worked ok to start with. Then we lost the phone line. It took ages for them to arrange repairs. Four months ago we lost broadband almost entirely. Their helpline was not very helpful asking us to so speed tests, blaming our router etc. Eventually got to speak to a technician who in 3 minutes adjusted the line to work perfextly. Why couldn't they do this to start with rather than giving us the runaround?
