about 2 months ago I ordered some goods online on the monday afternoon & 8:30 the next morning a very happy helpful driver from ukmail arrived on my doorstep with the parcel, bearing in mind i live a good hours drive from the Gloucestershire depot this is a fantastic service.
I have now been using the gloucester depot for the last 4 weeks for parcels we send out & have to say the customer service from this depot is second to none, i have used many different couriers over the years but never have I found a customer service department as helpful as these guys, i think it might be because they operate as a franchise & deal with all customer service queries in house rather than a national call centre.
with my last courier if i wanted to speak to a manager i had many obstacles placed in my way, with ukmail i have spoken direct to the site manager Shane many times & he even passed me his mobile number for any future issues in case the phone lines were busy.
