DO NOT USE !!! DO NOT USE !!! DO NOT USE !!!
I ordered childrens bunk beds ( Atlas style with mattresses £249.99 )on 28th Sept, got an email 2 days later stating they would be here at the weekend, could not get through on the phone, constantly engaged untill 5pm,then it rings out, sent plenty of emails too, received no replys!!!!
I decided to drive to the address on their website they were not there,I asked a nearby trader who advised me that they have shut down.
I have now reported them to Trading Standards as the have sponsored Links on Ebay and Google and their website is still live to take orders.
I am now in the process of writing to ask for my money back and logged a dispute with my credit card company.
IF THEY ARE STILL TRADING SOMEWHERE, I am going to do everything in my power to get them shut down, their service is appalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
