i had no problems whilst with post office insurance but then again i never had to make a claim my problems have begun a year after using them i have received a recovery letter telling me they had asystem error and i still owed them 23.80 but they cant send me any paperwork to show how they arrive at this. now a year later i have to start writing into them requesting paperwork. sorry postoffice but a year down the line for your systems error for 23.80 i wouldnt embarress myself.

    hi, i work in insurance, just to make you aware not to ignore the letters you have received, as p/office have passed this debt onto CARS. which is a debt recovery agency, regardless of the error on the system, p/office will still see this as money owed. best just to pay it, and never use them again.
