I joined in Sept 09 (so I am fairly new to this). Its just an amazing diet. I lost 5lbs first week, 1.5 second week and 4.5 third week. This week (star week) I maintained. Its easy. Its plenty of food. There's lots of support.You NEVER go hungry and its VERY VERY healthy.I am convinced it will change my life permanently.
