we were told if unsuitable we had 30 days to return.7 days later ,when the watch irritated my wifes skin ,we were told we could not return it,even though it had been worn for 3 hours only.two weeks later customer services have not yet had the manners to respond to any of my calls.see other reviews,there is a pattern here of very poor service and similar customer service.be warned.
