The posted reviews made me apprehensive about flying this airline; however, I was pleasantly pleased. The flight was on-time, and there was no difficulty with the connecting flight. I appreciated the customer service. I was not pleased with the $20 fee for checked baggage, as the other airlines charge $15. I was under the impression that the fee would be reduced if the bag was checked in on-line, but this was not the case. Overall, it was a positive experience.
