I used 2checkout as the first processor to startup my business. They were very helpful and responsive during the inquiry and setup process. Once I paid the fee and my first customer purchased all of a sudden queries took days to be responded to I never received my customer's payment.
They called my customer and asked him all sorts of questions. Furthermore they asked him to forward his bank statements and other documents. Eventually he found it was too much hassle and reversed his transaction.
And then after that they had the audacity to call me and demand payment of feel related to the reversal. I searched forums over the net and found that this was a common scenario. Do yourself a favor, Don't use 2checkout!
