i had insurance for both dog and horse,unfortunatly my dog needed treatment for lameness,she was refered to cambridge vet college,my bill was over £500,i put a claim in with eandl,to be told 3 months after putting claim in that they would not pay because her lameness was conjenital!!,ive had my dog from 8 weeks old she is now 2 yrs old,i wouldnt touch these people with a barge pole,a total waste of time and definatly money,both my policies are now cancelled,my vets did warn me about them as have many other people.
