Bensons were terrible, they delivered the bed on time but then when we moved into our new house and found we couldnt get the bed up the stairs, they would not take it back or refund it and told me it was my fault and i shouldhave measured the house i was moving to before i bought the bed (which i couldnt do,a nd the bed was in 2 parts and stll wouldnt go up). I wrote to the managing director and the store manager and have had no reply in a month. I had to fork out for another bed (not from Bensons) and still have the original bed at my parents house in its original packaging. Absolutley shocking customer service.
