I've been attending a Rosemary Conley class for the last 11 weeks and have lost 2 stone. My leader is great and a true inspiration after losing 10stone herself and being Slimmer of the year 2009. The other members are so friendly and I find it a joy to excercise with them. I have tried so many times and joined very many weight loss clubs before, having a weight problem all of my life. The true fact of the matter is that I was eating too much and not doing any excercise. I have settled in well, found new friends and for the first time can visualise myself seeing this very large task through to the end!
