I Ordered and paid for Universal Orlando Tickets 6 weeks before travel from Theme Park Tickets Direct. E-mail received immediately confirming order, money taken the same day. Four and a half weeks and three e-mails later,I rang and was told they would arrive "this week". Four days later (now within 5 days of travel) rang again and was told they were expecting a delivery "today or tomorrow" and I SHOULD have them the beginning of next week - which takes us within 48 hours of travel. Customer (dis)service said there "wasn't anything else she could do, the tickets were delayed from the US and she would call with and update later" (not holding my breath).

Don't order from this company. Last year, I ordered Disney AND Universal Tickets from Travel republic, was told to allow 14 days for delivery and received them ALL less than 48 hours later.

This company leave it FAR too late before ordering the tickets. If you absolutely MUST use them, lie about your travel date by at least a month - they only need it so they can leave the ordering until the last minute anyway.
