I've read a couple of the negative reviews here and thought that I'd offer my experience. I wanted to hire a car in Bangkok and, after making an enquiry I got a FREE upgrade to a larger car without even asking.
Not sure why someone complained about them not having a phone number as there is one clearly mentioned when logged into your account (although I didn't need to use it).
All in all I was very happy with the rental experience with FASTCarhire but I'm sure that they can't please everybody!
