I flew in to Newark - hotel in Manhattan. When I got to the airport, it was confusing how to go about contacting the driver..do you call on the courtesy phone or talk to the rude women at the desk (one was too busy on a personal phone call to even acknowledge me)...
The driver did show up 15 or so minutes later..but she was upset about something..and did not communicate anything to me..I didn't know if I was supposed to follow her..and then she turned around and said "c'mon sweetheart, over here!"...I was crammed in the back of the van...she then made several other stops and would just disappear for up to 15 minutes..leaving all the passengers in a hot van, wondering where the hell she was.
On my return to the airport..the driver was on time..but he also failed to communicate anything..and he drove like a bat out of hell..and he was not wearing a seatbelt, and none of the seatbelts in the van worked either.
Bad experience. Take the train.
