Poor customer service,technical engineers dont keep any appointment,calls to technical support are charged at 10p/min and takes hours before some one will help,Very low speed,chearging extra money,fake promotions,value of money is really rubbish, dear any new internet user never ever sign up with Tiscali.co.uk,Don't go near Tiscali - you have been warned!
