Web site said was in stock, they took money straight away. 12 days later still waiting. Customer services waste of space, couldn't tell me what was happening without contacting head office. said would return calls but didn't! also said no email address for me to contact them.
eventually found contact email - emailed and they said no stock they were waiting to come in. this was no good to me as i'm going on holiday and need camera! I cancelled. To date have had no refund so just have to keep calling email - they say being processed.
Funny how it doesn't take so long to process this when they took my money!!!
