I purchased an IKEA Malm Bed. When I moved I lost one of the screws. It was an unusual screw that is not replaceable through hardware stores. When I called Ikea, they told me that they only will sell parts if you can prove you purchased it in the last 90 days. This is crazy. A perfectly fine $200 bed is a nothing but junk because I kind find a replacement screw.
