Purchased engine for car from UNIVERSAL AUTO SALVAGE through 247CARSPARES over 3 weeks ago. Thought this seemed best option, 247 having a seemingly great website with excellent back up from customer services team. Nothing could be further from the truth, i have no engine, no refund and nothing but irrate calls from `CLAIRE' at 247. She is the `customer services' who will simply tell you they only put you in touch with relevant suppliers and don't actually sell anything. Do not do business through this website under any circumstances. I will fight tooth and nail to have my money returned and if anybody has a similar experience lets fight together, for everybody else, don't make the same mistake with these fraudulent companies.
