Customer services at Dixons is shocking. Bought a Microwave oven two months ago and the door release button has broken. Told to telephone the manufacturer, manufacturer told me to phone one of their agents. Agent doesn't do house calls, either bring the item to them and pick it up when ready or phone the manufacturer again to arrange a courier to collect. Must be packed securely in a box and I have to wait in all day for the courier to collect item and wait in again for delivery when it's fixed. Good customer services would at least arrange a repair and minimise disruption for me as I now have to have two days off work. The customer services were polite, but it was a case of arrange it yourself. Wouldn't buy from them again after this experience.
