Arrived back from Crete last week,hotel & location,Sissi,perfect but the flight tickets were a joke.Tickets were in email form which i had to print off & hand in at check in,i was told these were the tickets & not just a receipt to hand in & exchange for real tickets at airport.Manchester check in staff didnt know what to do with them but finally let us through after manually entering all our details onto the airport system as we werent on it!Check in girl assured me there would be no problem at the vother end on the return flight but she was wrong.Queued up at check in & was turned away as tickets werent known by them & was passed from pillar to post to try & sort them out.Another 3 queues & 3 turn aways from check in later & we were told we'd have to buy new tickets after check in closed & if there were any spare seats.Anyway they eventually let us on,using the original so called tickets,3 hours this took!! I dont know just who is to blame here but its not on.The tickets were through Travel Republic but issued by TELETICKET,neither of whom has replied to my emails sent to their customer services dept.Also,the 24 hr emergency number on the tickets was rang many times & never answered! NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello Guest, can you please email me your booking reference, so I can pass your comments onto Teleticket, who are the ATOL provider of your flight.

    I have looked at the 573 Teleticket bookings booked with ourselves that departed in the last 3 weeks of September and early October, but cant work out which one your might be.

    If there is a problem with their tickets it will be useful for others if we can advise them of this.
