Have experienced real problems with this company, when you call up, you can wait around half and hour for them to answer. They collected my car 4 days after the accident and I waited 8 days for my hire car (after paying an additional £25 on the policy for this). No one has contacted me from this company apart from one email, I am constantly calling each day to find out what's happening with my claim. Two weeks later still waiting for their intial offer. They haven't dealt with my claim very well at all and their call centre is horrendous, you can't get through.
