Hope you never have to call ebookers for anything other than a booking. I called to cancel a flight and get a partial refund. Luckily, I called the airlines about a week later to confirm the my flight was canceled. Ebookers didn't cancel my flight so i could look like a no show and not qualify for a partial refund which I"m sill waiting for over a year later. I have a letter from British Air that Ebookers has been issued a refund to pass on to me and I'm still waiting. They are thieves and liars. Not worth the trouble or expense of getting a "cheap ticket" with them.
