I'LL NEVER, EVER USE PHONES 4U AGAIN - their customer care is abysmal. It has taken over two months of wrangling - with many letters, phone calls and emails to get my money back on a faulty phone! Customer care was good when they sold it and took my money, but non-existent when I wanted a refund! It was like 'we've got your money now so tough'!
