they never inform you when they cut you off so they can do there updates,when they do there updates its when most people are online,why dont the thick idiots do it at quiet times like other ip's.you dont get what you pay for ie 8meg more like 2-3 if your lucky.none of the customer support can speak a word of english and i sounds like they are 10 million miles away.the old modem (dial up) was faster than the crappy system they have now and more reliable.but hey i think we can blame (car phone warehouse) for this as they run the show.cant wait til the contract runs out although im just considering stopping the direct debits as aol aint providing me with the service i signed up for so also looking in trade desciptions act as im sure they are in breach.anyway my final thoughts....GO WITH PLUS.NET......more reliable.you get what you pay for and they email you AND post a letter out to inform you of when they are doing updates and its at quiet times BASICALY TOTAL OPPOSITE OF CRAPPY AOL..
