The cooperative bank are useless, i've been with them for 10 years, and they still continue to make my life a living hell. never miss a loan repayment or god forbid not have enough money by a few measly pence to cover a direct debit, otherwise they will be quick to cancel your card and not re issue a new one, which wouldn't seem too bad for most, yet when they did it to me, i told them that i didn't have a bank in my town to go into and withdraw money, and i didn't drive either. this didn't matter to them, which left me as a single parent with no money and struggling!!!!! bunch of inconsiderable monkeys..... ****
