I arranged for a washing machine to be delivered and installed by Currys. After the machine had been installed we started to use it for the first wash and within an hour our flat and the two flats below ours had been flooded.... we called a plumber and he said that that installation of the washing machine had caused the floods to our flats as it had not been installed properly. I have contacted Currys numerous times to try and arrange a claim for all of the damage and a month later they have still not helped me! They were quick to take the order but not so quick to deal with the issues they have caused.
