Very bad service, I booked a roundtrip and it takes me 2.5 hours from JFK to time square, transported like animals, the van was full. Four passengers in every row, driver drive like grazy, shake us all like in an mixer. Pick up at the hotel failt, give them a call and they told me I am to late, that was not true, so they say I give them the wrong adress, even reception of the hotel told them that there was no driver from them. All that do not help, I have to organize and pay the transport to the airport by my self, no excuse from them, no refund. If you have booked them and prepaid, then to be ready to pay the extra taxi fare of 65$ to JFK, or you lost.
