I have been a Lloyds Business Bank customer for over 5 years. We initially started with a turnover of 200k and has since risen to 700k. The service in the last 12 months has gone right down. Admitted, we have bounced a few direct debits and standing orders over the last 6 months, however trying to borrow money has been an upward struggle. Our turnover this year has increased 39% and would assume profit will be around the same..... you would think WE would be the kind of customers lloyds would want to build strong relationships with.......guess again!
I have to add, the first 2 business managers i had were fantastic. Always at the end of the phone, very approachable etc....
I feel like just a number now...... we are looking to move our banks early next year!
