The gentleman I speak to when I telephone to discuss my order or order additional items is always very helpful and efficient. This company was the cheapest for my varifocal contact lenses. I also had a problem with my glasses over the summer and they ordered and dispatched my contact lenses within a matter of days.
I would have liked them to follow up the fact that I had not realised I needed to sign and post some paperwork to them when I made my first order. A call or email reminder would have been useful rather than assume I didn't want my lenses each 3 months.
I like the fact that I am in control of what I want and that I can ask for additional items and they will be dispatched with my usual order.
Excellent customer service.
