Where to start,
Horrible, arrogant, unprofessional, have absolutely no idea about customer service and how to make you happy and wellcoming.
They make me sick even to think about them or the company.
They think we are cattle and we have to use the services because people want to excersice and they have to go somewhere and they think they got us by providing a cattle place and arragont, ignorant, unfriendly almost hostile staff, I will not go there ever again, good all parks, anywhere else but that horrible, horrible, horrible, time wasting, liar, dirty,,, ahh cant stop, Dont want to know them everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...........

I found this review very helpful because...I had the same experience and this basically sums it up. I feel sick thinking about how they can run their business like that. It's horrible to think that their gyms are so full just due to sales tactics and equipment, what about service, fees, membership hold, cleanliness, cancellation policies, replying to member concerns etc etc. Obviously they just don't give a damn after they get your money...
