Insured my car through Quinn as they came back with the lowest quote. Moved house (about 500 yards away) after about 6 months of the policy and customer service staff informed me that due to the postcode being higher risk the premium would be increasing by £72 pounds. Apparently the fact that the car is now parked overnight in a garage inside a secure gated car park does nothing to negate this higher risk. Checked on comparison websites and the new quote is about £1 cheaper than the next best quote. I wonder if this is coincidence or wether Quinn check these sites to see how much they can get away with charging. Incidently obtained 2 new quotes from Quinns own website for both my old and new address (identical details other than address) and guess what? My new address actually came up cheaper.
