This is the absolute worst appliance I've ever owned! We've had no end of problems with it. It refuses to spin most of the time (unbalanced load), twists the clothes up into knots, and leaves them smelling of mold/mildew. Now the pump has failed and we're having to wait for Sears to come out (thankfully under extended warranty) to replace it. After getting this thing fixed I'm going to see if I can get a few bucks for it and buy a different machine. I'm NEVER buying another Maytag appliance!!
