i had everest replace 6 windows in my house, after having initially signing up just for one to see how the sevice, product, ect was. i also did the same with anglian. now altho everest were slightly more, it was a million times better in every aspect!!! the anglian sales man was a horrible fellow, who wouldnt leave untill i signed up for 1 window, which iwould have much more willingly done had he not been a complete joke! the product demonstration was ok, and the that was that, then the installation had countless problems and i will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! EVEREST on the other hand, were fantastic from start to finish, the rep was brilliant, not pushy, the product was miles better and the service was impecable! after the installation of just the one window i had everest do the rest, which again was fantastic end to end. it was only after which a friend of mine who has worked for both companys, as well as many others, told me the diffence between the everest and anglian window, firstly the guarentees on the anglian is a joke, not worth the paper its written on, there locks are shabby, and acctually UNSCREW!!!! EVEN IN THE VENT POSITION, they are draughty, and i will never use anglian or recomend them, EVEREST CANT BE FAULTED
