At first I was dubious about placing an online order for something as personal as a pair of prescription glasses, however the trial frame service helped give confidence. Customer service via telephone was good, although communication on progress while the order was being made up was sparse - more frequent status updates would have been nice.
In summary: good customer service, delivery slightly longer than expected not helped by lack of progress communication, but £100 cheaper than my local optician so overall 4 out of 5.
