My plane was cancelled and we had to book with another airline to get back to Phoenix, which was over 4 hours later. In the process my husband and I did not have seats together and we had to take two flights as opposed to a nonstop flight which we had booked.
I again took this same trip in September and this time they said the plane landed hard and would need to be repaired. After allowing the passengers with connecting flights to find another flight they then sent us down to get another flight. Everything was booked, so we had to spend the night in Milwaukee. We were given a hotel room and two food vouchers. But we had to get up at 4:30 to catch a 7:00 flight to Denver where he had to take the train to another terminal for another airline. We had to wait 3 hours to catch another flight to Phoenix. Finally arriving in Phoenix at 2:00 p.m. the next day. Originally we would have been home by 7:00 p.m. the previous day.
