I rang animal friends after my pet insurance kept going up year after year without making a claim, they were prompt and courteous. They offered me a lifetime policy for my three dogs which was only £3.00 MORE THAN I WAS PAYING FOR 2. I like the fact that all profits go to animal charities so i'm helping animals less fortunate than my own..
