DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I hired a car through Avis Europe. A 9 seater minibus from the middle of August. When we arrived at Paris they informed us that the car was not available even though we had booked 4 months in advance. My son suffered a very cramped journey in a smaller car. We the returned home and 3 weeks later received an invoice for £1288.00 which had been taken from our account. They said we had returned the vehicle 2 weeks late. We have emailed copies of receipts with times on etc and are still awaiting repayment in October.
