Service on the flight was poor, not helpful and friendly. Meal service is ok, no drinks service prior to meal, seat were narrow despite being of small stature and overall it was quite disappointing. Very different to a few years ago when Virgin was the best airline to fly to the US. Have flown Bristish Airways since and it is much better.
