brought a skoda fabia 1.4, 52 plate, with only 33K miles on the clock.. you would think noting is wrong with a car on such low millage, after me and the musus got the car on the first nite the water light came on for the water tank, it wouldnt go away.. looked next day relized the water tank was under min, we just thought the top up would sort it, 2 days later it came on again, water was under in the tank... this should not happen.. topped it up again and got a friend to have a quick look at it, found out the water pump is leeking.. plus when we got the car one of the back break lights didnt work (MOT Fail) window wipers screech when it rains and blurs window hard to see.. and one of the tyres got a puncher and no locking nut came with car so had to call RAC to come help my poor g/f stranded 2am in a place she didnt wanna be in... we called them on the friday 1 week later after buying the car to say theres a problem with the water pump, the guy said he ring back that day to let us know what to do... no phone call, we went to the shop on the monday to show them the water pump, plus when the engine idle's feels like its miss fireing slighty the engine shakes... breaks are strange feels like the break pads just lock on way 2 tight on just light use, feels like it judders some times... was ment to get a call today at 10am to let us know when to bring the car in to be fixed... they didnt ring us AGAIN!! so we rung them, when we toke the car back to drop it off, no hire car at all and staff very rude... we said if it aint fixed we be asking for are £3995 cash back, the staff replyed i dont see that happening... the cars are not checked at all be for they sale them, the car cost quite alot as it is and u dont need problems like this when u drive the car away... now me and my mussus dont have a car to use my mussus has to get a friend now to take her to work in the evening and go pick her up, this why we got the car so she can get to work, we part exchanged the old car and just spent loads money on insureance and we aint even got a car to use now! lucky i have a company van for my job but cant use it out of work hours... dont buy a car from this dealer!!! saleing cars with out checking them over is out of order and bad service! also could be unsafe to drive but they dont care cus they dont check there cars... also the remote locking key didnt work, put new battery in and one of the buttons is stuck in so that doesnt work either...

from reading every one else's reveiw on this dealer they had the same issus... faults and unfriendly staff they are nice as pie be for you hand them 4 grand cash.... not happy! wish i read this site be 4 we brought the car from them!
