Having read the reviews to date for this year, I feel that I would add my comments. I do not defend the owners for the image they sometimes project to their paying customers nor will I defend the charging or opening hours etc., but I do feel it pertinent to point out that it is not always one sided. I stay at Seaview with my family very often throughout all the four seasons and have done so for a number of years. Many times I have witnessed rude and crass behavior of campers. I have seen unsupervised children climbing on roofs, damaging plants and property (including Caravans), throwing things into the pool and using offensive language. I have seen and heard youths being extremely noisy, unruly and running around the park at night. I have seen people who should know better treating the washrooms and toilets in a disgusting way (some of the things that have to be cleaned up are too obscene to mention). I have seen campers letting their dogs roam the site defecating all over the place. All these things and many more the owners have to deal with and generally in my experience they respond and cope with in a timely fashion, so I for one fully understand why sometimes they might just appear lacking in sympathy. I hope I have not given the impression that this is an unruly site because it is not. I am just trying to give another point of view. Finally, I assume that the owners look at these reviews and perhaps they would like to answer their critics by posting their own comments.

I feel this review in somewhat short sighted in the sense that all camp sites have to deal with the issues mentioned but do so in the professional manner you would expect for a business built on customer service. I'm am a 34 year old professional who visited this camp site for a quiet stay with my partner.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, where you feel welcomed and where the whole family can enjoy themselves PLEASE don't waste your hard earn money, you will be bitter disappointed and more stressed than any holiday should leave you feeling. You have been warned!
