LEGAL ACTION! ARE THEY FOR REAL?

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would!

Where to start? I used interparcel for about 1 year, sinply because the was no other alternative!

I'd say 2 out of every 5 consignments got damaged in someway! Their claims process is so complicated its hardly worth the while!

Now, as I am so sick of the damage occuring, I emailed them to say that we have found an alternative courier company (a local man who has a family run business) who will not damage our good and that I would not be using them any more since I was told when i made my last complaint "You did not sufficiently package the goods"! I am sorry but if bubble wrap, cardboard and clingfilm isnt sufficient then what is?!

Anyway a few days later, I have just received an email from them saying they are taking legal action against me as "You have been entering random sizes when the shipments actually are much heavier and larger." I am sorry but who the hell do they think they are? I have not been entering random sizes etc and are they mind readers or how else would then know "You have..." they merely assume this... Their emails are threatening and to be honest damn right rude! The email continued to say "Investigations are now underway to check previous shipments further payments that are necessary will be billed directly to you...". If i used them for over 1 year and, according to them, underweighted and undersized every shipment, how has this only come to light now?! Because I have not that is why!

Their customer service line is awful! often 30 minutes on hold before you get to speak to anyone!
