Had a really terribe meal on the evening of 5th October Complained but was told it was changes and cut backs. and to compalin to head office that food was appalling. I will never eat out at the Spencer Arms again. The starter had no taste and had been around a long time. The main course I had to send my oven baked herb poatatoes back they had been reheated from lunch-time by the look of them and they tasted fowl. I supposedly had fresh saute poatatoes to replace them but they were equaly ineidble. My salad was just a bunch or water cress and a cherry tomato. There was also no sald cream avalable when i asked. The food was dire and i came away never wanting to return.
