I ordered some tiles from B&Q West Thurrock, the staff were slightly unclear between themselves on the order process which should have warned me off. I ordered the tiles with a delivery window of between 2 & 4 weeks later. In week 3 I called the store and was given a delivery date which was 1 day short of 4 weeks. I then tried to call the day after the delivery date for confirmation but could not get through. When I went to the store it took them 15 minutes that no delivery had been made and that delivery was due a week later (week 5). I cancelled the order as it was impossible to trust their delivery dates.
