having been cold called by unicom l asked that they send me details in writing to arrive after l returned from holiday, they completely ignored this and l came home to find both my home and business lines had been taken over and l had no opportunity to invoke the 14 day cooling off period. I am still trying to resolve this situation but have found it impossible to get any kind of truthful response, they constantly fail to return my calls and the tele staff are evasive and seemingly cannot answer the simplest of questions, l fear the only way to get rid of them will be to pay the cancellation fee which will be a great hardship for my small business. BEWARE!!!!!
