Continued failed promises to deliver, with the staff either lieing, or so grossly incompetent as to make me quesiton evolution. on the van, off the van? down for delivery? who knows, certainly not business post (uk mail)
Eventually went to collect parcel from depo after another wasted day, as lost faith entirely in their ability to actually deliver the consignment. Although is was not apparently damaged when a staff member wrote my phone number on it the night before collection it looked like it had been repeatedly reversed over, and then torn open - hence it was 'not on the van'
disgusted? not even close. If you run a small business that ships goods do not trust your reputation to this firm
