It was alright when it was owned by American company, since the migration to Carphone Warehouse it is nothing but trouble. The customer service is awful, those guys don't know what they are doing and just keep on asking the same stupid questions. After talking for over 2 hours on the phone and spending around 3 hours checking cables, replacing rooters etc I gave up on them and now after 15 years with AOL I am finally leaving them for good.
