Orange broadband is the worst broadband i have ever had!

DO NOT GET ORANGE!

I have orange broadband for sometime now, when i first got it it was fine then roughly a month later it died. my download speed is on average 400-600k. im going to get sky broadband as i already have sky tv.
reliability - orange is the most unreliable broadband i have had, slow cuts out for long periods of time and when it does work its at 3 or 4am and still isnt that fast.
customer service - to put it simply they play telephone tennis with you sending you back and forth, i once got sent back to the same person 3 times trying to get to the right department.
speed consistency - DEAD my best connection is very early in the morning like 4am and it has your wanting to throw a brick at the router.
value for money - the only way this would have value for money is if it was free then i couldn't complain, would never of got orange if i had known this would be the outcome. would not recommed this to anyone, not even people i dont like its that bad.
