I too have been with JLT for many years and have had many pets insured with them. I was horrified to discover the policy for my dog had gone up from £39 to almost £65!! How can they justify this? On ringing them they told me they could reduce that amount to £54. Still outrageous and I told them 'no thanks' but I also questioned why they had quoted me £65 in the first place if they could 'reduce' it to £54. It's a rip off. I now have 2 cats and 2 dogs insured with Tesco pet insurance for under £50 per month which is much more realistic.
